We are ISO 9001:2015 certified and a ZED Silver Medallist, with ongoing progress toward ZED Gold certification. Our manufacturing capabilities support domestic and international customers, including exports to European markets, where reliability, accuracy, and long-term supply continuity are essential.

Founders
Uday Takalkar is the Founder, Partner, and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Sahayog Nirmitee. With a strong foundation in leadership and a deep understanding of MSME challenges, he has built the organization on principles of integrity, quality, and collaboration.
Under his guidance, Sahayog Nirmitee has consistently focused on delivering value driven solutions while nurturing long-term relationships with clients and partners.

Gauri Takalkar is the Co-Founder, Partner, and Head of Finance at Sahayog Nirmitee.
Working alongside Mr Uday Takalkar, she is known for her cooperative approach and timely execution of responsibilities. Her expertise and dedication helped the company earn the GST Compliance Appreciation Certification from the Government of India, strengthening Sahayog Nirmitee credibility and governance.

Towards Environment
As part of our broader commitment to responsible and sustainable business practices, we have undertaken tree plantation initiatives as a meaningful contribution toward environmental well-being. To date, 300 trees have been planted as part of these efforts, reflecting our intention to support ecological balance and long-term sustainability. Based on commonly accepted environmental estimates, these trees are expected to contribute to an approximate absorption of 6,000 kg of CO₂ annually, supporting carbon reduction over their lifecycle. While manufacturing remains our core focus, we recognize the importance of contributing positively to the environment alongside our operations. This initiative represents one of the steps we continue to take toward responsible growth and environmental awareness.
